Sorry to inconvenience you by not replying to your emails. It seems that someone on our staff read the emails and didn’t bother to bring it forward to the rest of the coordinators. I’ve contacted the rest of the coordinators to see what their opinion on this is. We’re a non profit organization so if we were to have your band perform at API: Movements of Heritage (formerly SMASH) we would have a very low budget (especially since we’re a CSU based organization) Would it be possible for a free performance? Bands are always encouraged to bring merchandise to sell to the audience, so that might be an incentive. We’re trying to book the venue on campus for late April or early May. Is that around the time that your band will be coming up to northern California? Would we have to provide your band with transportation or housing fee?
A percentage of the profits from API: Movements of Heritage will go to the Hepatitis B foundation since Hep B is largely affecting the Asian and Asian American community. http://www.hepb.org/pdf/english_vietnamese_asian.pdf

Oh no! It’s actually my fault, sorry to confuse you. Another band representative contacted us through wordpress yesterday and his name is Dan also. So I guess I clicked to reply to you instead of him. So sorry about that. I brought your inquiry to perform to our coordinating staff. It would also be for the event (API: Movements of Heritage) that was in the message I accidentally sent to you. But the same questions would apply to you if you would like to perform, only in the singular form. So sorry for the confusion.
